eSignature

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to block Signers from downloading a copy of their documents until they have fully completed the signature process. Is that possible? Thanks

I have issue for unable to disable the Identity Verification setting. From the documentation I read that I can disable this feature from DocuSign eSignature settings under Signing and Sending section, but when I enter the settings (on production account), there’s no such menu.If I go to developer account, I can see the Identity Verification menu, but the only verification is Configured by DocuSign, which mean I can’t deactivate the verification (from my understanding, it shouldn’t be matter because the setting is for demo/development stages).Right now my company owner require to disable the verification to simplify the signature process. How can I disable the verification when it not exists/visible under production account?

The Hour Glass Search Bar in my Docu-Sign account does not work.  If I input a client’s name or email address that I sent I documents to in the past for signature it will not bring them up.   Docu-Sign has been unable to provide a solution to this problem, and they take hours or days to respond.

I have been trying to sign up for a free developer account for days and have not been able too. I have faced common problems such as being logged out and the account seems like it never existed, and the invalid phone number problem. I have emailed support but they keep asking for my docusign account number which I do not have. I tried creating this and encountered the same issue. Please help me resolve this I have been stuck for days and this is very frustrating. I have tried different emails as well as clearing cache/history.

I am 2 person real estate company. The agent that works with me does not have access to workspaces. She needs workspaces to access her zipform account. I can access workspaces but she can not.

Hi everyone,We currently have a signing workflow in DocuSign with the following signing order: Account officer Client Account officer (again) Compliance The idea behind this workflow is that the account officer can review the information completed by the client and, if there are any errors, correct them before sending the envelope to compliance.Problem:In practice, the account officer often skips the review and forwards the envelope directly to compliance, who then finds the errors. My question is:Is there any way for the compliance user, without voiding or declining the envelope, to send it back to the previous signer (in this case, the account officer) so they can make the necessary corrections and then continue the workflow as normal? We want to avoid canceling the envelope or having to restart the process. Ideally, we’re looking for a way to simply “send it back” one step for corrections.I would appreciate any suggestions, experiences, or workarounds you might have. Thanks a lo

I have 2 text fields where only one or the other is required. If text field 1 has text, text field 2 does not require text and vise versa. I have tried to follow instructions I have found online, using radio buttons and creating rules, but it is not working.

I have what appears to be a strange situation… I received a real estate document from my realtor via an attachment on an email. The attachment was clearly a DocuSign document and contained a DocuSign ID#. It was an offer to buy my property. After some discussion, my realtor sent me a new email with a DocuSign for me to counter the original offer I had received earlier that day. I didn’t notice until yrs later, but this second document had a different ID# and the original ID # had vanished from  my counteroffer document. The next day, I receive an email with an attachment, it is the accepted offer to my counter. This, like the prior 2 instances, has a unique ID#. I never noticed it at the time but each instance of the sane document had a unique ID and the previous ID had vanished. My question…is the removal of an envelop ID a rather laborious process? Could it be done accidentally by the document creator? The transaction itself was very suspicious and I wonder if this ‘scrubbing’ action

Hello - after one of the recent upgrades when I click on the Set signing order, which has to be done for every envelope I create, the Name and Email boxes shrink and I then have to expand my window to ensure I am choosing the proper person.  I am a heavy DocuSign user and this is cumbersome. Before: After:  Any advice would be terrific.  Thank you.

Wondering where to configure account lockouts for incorrect password attempts.  Is that even possible?  I know how to set the password requirements, but there’s nothing there for max number of failed attempts before restricting access.  Am I missing something?

Hi,I’m in the middle of sending a contract to about 420 people; they all need to sign.To make things easier, I divided the recipients into groups (envelopes) of 50, the laste envelope addressed to 20 people. So 9 envelopes in total.Everything went smoothly with the first envelopes, but as I was sending out the second-to-last envelope, I got the message that I reached the ‘cumulative limit of recipients’. So I’m stuck now.Recipients are already contacting me that they got a massage from Docusign but they can’t open the document that they need to sign.I didn’t know such a limit existed. Is it a temporary limit? Can I go on tomorrow?PS: my envelope limit (100) is within reach, but I havent reached that limit yet. Thanks for any advice.Karel

A while ago, a document was accidentally sent to an individual for signing. It was the incorrect document (it belonged to someone else) but they signed it anyway. We are all realizing now it was the wrong document.I know we cannot cancel/void a completed Docusign envelope, but is there any way to restrict the recipient’s access to the incorrectly signed document? I want to be assured that the recipient no longer has access to the document sent to them in error.

Hello,How to extract signatures form DocuSign completed document?

Hi,Is there any way that the Attach documents to completion email can be turn on just for a group of users in the organization?

How do I get DocuSign to send me a notification that says a person has signed? All I get is a notification saying the person has viewed the document but not when they’ve signed. It’s very frustrating, as I need to alert other parties when the first one has signed as often the DocuSign emails go to spam….

Got a Luxemburgish ID card (eID) issued in 2023 and it is not at all recognized by Docusign how can that be ? Can you please help urgently

I have a template that has 10+ documents. Is it possible to use that template, but use Advanced Options to remove all but 5 of them to send once? I don’t want to delete the documents permanently from the template so I’m hesitant to click the option to delete them in Advanced Options, while setting up a “Send”.

last summer i received a docusign which i did not sign...how do i retrieve a copy of it?  It did not go into my personal account.  need a copy

Morning, I am unable to send any documents to clients, I am admin on the system and even set myself up as send only with a different user name and I'm still unable too. Has anyone else had this problem before and how they have resolved this. The support team is shocking!!! 4 days without being able to send any documents and i get the same message from a different support member at 4pm every day.

I canceled my subscription but need help processing my refund. I am unable to reach customer service. I am within the 30 day period to be eligible for the refund. Please advise. I’ve tried all of the online tabs and links but still cannot process a refund and or get in touch with customer service.

How do you change a shared contact within docusign?  The account is through my company and the wrong email address was used for a vendor.  How do I change it so that it doesn’t default to the wrong address?

I have a rather complicated webform with a lot of rules, based on a template.  The template is about six pages long but not everything is necessarily filled out.  One complaint I’ve heard is that when the user has reviewed all of their entries and moved on to the signature page, if they click the guided yellow tab, it takes them through every single field again. This is super annoying if they are using a phone since templates are not always phone responsive.   New users don’t realize they can just scroll down to the signature line.  Since the user has already reviewed their entries and made edits, would it be possible to just have them arrive at the signature field by default, while still giving them the option of scrolling up and making any last minute changes?

Hi,  When I try to download my invoice from February 2025, I keep encountering this error. I’ve tried different browsers, cleared my cache, used multiple devices, and even created a support case, but nothing has worked.I urgently need this invoice for my monthly accounting—please assist!

Hello,I have just signed up for the paid DocuSign less than 24 hours ago, and I have been trying to reach some type of customer support. I have unintentionally signed up for the Standard plan vs the Personal plan, and I am hoping to get any type of support in switching over to the personal (please see my original email below), However, it has been impossible to open a customer service case, I keep getting a “Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.” How can I get this issue resolved, I just want to open a case so I can get a hold of customer support.  Hi DocuSign Team,  I just signed up for your monthly membership, and I preemptively selected the Standard plan vs the Personal. Because I will only be using this account internally with my team ( 4 of us) I don't need anything larger than the personal.

I have a Freemium account with DocuSign but somehow have an annual subscription that cost me $480.00 in 2023 and $636.00 in 2024, what is going on?!
