Hi,

I’m in the middle of sending a contract to about 420 people; they all need to sign.

To make things easier, I divided the recipients into groups (envelopes) of 50, the laste envelope addressed to 20 people. So 9 envelopes in total.

Everything went smoothly with the first envelopes, but as I was sending out the second-to-last envelope, I got the message that I reached the ‘cumulative limit of recipients’. So I’m stuck now.

Recipients are already contacting me that they got a massage from Docusign but they can’t open the document that they need to sign.

I didn’t know such a limit existed. Is it a temporary limit? Can I go on tomorrow?

PS: my envelope limit (100) is within reach, but I havent reached that limit yet.

I think you need open a case with customer support team.It's possible that some new risk control rules have been added recently.  You need to ask support to confirm with internal team.

Thank you. I submitted a case but didn’t get a satisfying response or solution yet. This is the message I get when I want to send an envelope with 50 recipients. All went smoothly with the previous envelopes (also with 50 recipients), but now I’m still stuck...

Is it demo account or production account? if it is production account, where you subscribe the plan? from partner of from Docusign website. Please referent the Docusign support plans:

and it told:

¹Standard support for web customers only.

 

You can find standard support is very limit.

Upon checking, some accounts were being impacted by the recent limit implementation on sending envelopes. Can you please provide the case number of the case you submitted so I can check?
