how to find where the docusign went

last summer i received a docusign which i did not sign...how do i retrieve a copy of it?  It did not go into my personal account.  need a copy

It’s possible you could still get to it via the original email link - unless the sender voided the envelope because it was not completed. Otherwise, like ​@Alexandre.Augusto said, contact the sender directly.

In this case, my suggestion to you is to contact the sender of the envelope so he/she can send a copy for you.

thanks...can’t contact sender because we are in a dispute and he claims it was never sent...

doesn’t docusign keep records of things sent?

DocuSign doesn’t have access to the documents which are sent - they just provide a secure platform to exchange documents. If you have the original email or the document number (from the email) then you might be able to track it down. However, if the document was voided or delated by the sender you can no longer access it.
