How do I get DocuSign to send me a notification that says a person has signed? All I get is a notification saying the person has viewed the document but not when they’ve signed. It’s very frustrating, as I need to alert other parties when the first one has signed as often the DocuSign emails go to spam….

Hello @Montse.Joseph,

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community. I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, and thank you for taking the time to share it

You can enable “An envelope is complete” under Sending Notifications in My Preferences to receive an alert when the entire envelope has been signed and completed by all recipients. This is the current available option to notify the sender that the signing process is finished.

However, if your envelope has multiple recipients, there is no built-in notification to alert you immediately when an individual recipient signs. The system does not provide notifications for partial signing progress; notifications are only sent once the envelope is fully completed by all parties.

We understand that receiving a notification as each recipient signs would be very helpful. There is already an idea post submitted by the community requesting this feature for future enhancement. You can view and support the idea here -- Request for senders to receive notifications when recipient signs a document

Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

Regards,
