need help speaking with customer service

I canceled my subscription but need help processing my refund. I am unable to reach customer service. I am within the 30 day period to be eligible for the refund. Please advise. I’ve tried all of the online tabs and links but still cannot process a refund and or get in touch with customer service.

Your concern is very important to us. However, due to the sensitive nature of billing issues, we cannot address them in this public forum. Please submit a support case so that a support representative can assist you with the refund. 

The workaround is to submit a case without logging into your account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description.
