The Hour Glass Search Bar in my Docu-Sign account does not work. If I input a client’s name or email address that I sent I documents to in the past for signature it will not bring them up. Docu-Sign has been unable to provide a solution to this problem, and they take hours or days to respond.

- Are you trying to search for envelopes from the Agreements page (Inbox/Sent/Completed)? Are you referring to the Search box at the top of your Agreements? Please check these helpful articles:
- Is the issue also happening when using another browser or device? Can you try to clear your browser's cache and cookies? Here's how: How do I clear the cache and cookies in my browser?
- Could you please provide a step-by-step description of what you were doing before the issue occurred? If possible, a screenshot without any Personal Information would be helpful.
