I have a Freemium account with DocuSign but somehow have an annual subscription that cost me $480.00 in 2023 and $636.00 in 2024, what is going on?!

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community! I understand you have some questions about previous charges and we know the importance of getting this straightened out.

We’re here to help where we can, but for any billing specific questions, you (or your Admin) can open a support case, as this Community space focuses on general guidance. For free accounts, the workaround to submit a case is to create it without logging into your account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description. Link: Get Support
