A while ago, a document was accidentally sent to an individual for signing. It was the incorrect document (it belonged to someone else) but they signed it anyway. We are all realizing now it was the wrong document.
I know we cannot cancel/void a completed Docusign envelope, but is there any way to restrict the recipient’s access to the incorrectly signed document? I want to be assured that the recipient no longer has access to the document sent to them in error.
