Morning, 

I am unable to send any documents to clients, I am admin on the system and even set myself up as send only with a different user name and I'm still unable too. 

Has anyone else had this problem before and how they have resolved this. 

The support team is shocking!!! 4 days without being able to send any documents and i get the same message from a different support member at 4pm every day.

Can you please provide more details about your issue when sending an envelope?

Is there any error message when trying to send an envelope? You may send us a screenshot for reference (kindly remove any personally identifiable information).

You can also send me a private message and provide the case number of the case you submitted, so I can check with support.
