(Powerform) New version does not require applicant's name/email before starting the form, but the old version did. Cannot figure why.

Hello - on a prior/older version of a template that is accessed through a powerform, the person accessing the form is prompted to input their name/email (which is used to notify them to sign if they stop halfway through).A new version of the form, I created and matched the settings on it to the prior version. But the user is no longer prompted to enter their name/email. They are prompted to acknowledge the validity of esignatures, and at the end of the signature process they can download a copy of the signed document, but the signer’s esignature is not being collected. I want that, and hoping someone can point me to the right place. Thank you in advance.

How best to use AI to check completeness and accurary of forms prepared by Professional Advisor

I would like to use AI to check the completeness and accuracy of contracts prepared by Professional Advisors and then sent to my company for signature via their Docusign account.I need to ensure these Advisors, who work for different companies, each of which has its company-specific forms, have prepared the forms for my signature correctly and completely. Is there a preferred approach  to accomplish this task BEFORE signing or can I only do it AFTER I have signed and returned the document and received a pdf copy of the fully executed contract in my Docusign account?  Any guidance will be much appreciated.

Automating the process of filling in DocuSign templates using csv, excel

Dear DocuSign Support,I would like to ask about the possibilities of automating the process of filling in DocuSign templates using data from an Excel file.Currently, I need to manually enter recipient details and custom fields for each document. To speed up the workflow, I would like to know: Does DocuSign support bulk sending where recipient and field data can be imported directly from an Excel (or CSV) file? If so, could you provide guidance or documentation on how to configure the template fields so that they map correctly to the Excel/CSV columns? Dear all, In some contracts registered by our partners, the Docsing system is displaying the name of the former manager, C***** B**** da C****, in the signature certificate. I need you to remove C***** B**** da C****'s name so it doesn't appear in the certificate generated for the documents, as the data has already been changed within the platform. There are two certificates that display this error, and I've attached one of them.**attachment removed**

How to Return Envelope to Signing Group

When a member of a signing group opens an envelope, it becomes assigned to them for some time even if they don’t sign. I can’t find any option to return it to the group.Is there a way to reassign it back to the signing group without voiding and resending?How long does it stay assigned to this user?

Prevent Users from sending documents which are not Template-matched in Docusign

Hi everyone,I had a few queries around the Template matching and general restrictions which can be applied to users. The users are Bank Staff sending out confidential and critical onboarding/contract documents to customers for their signatures.Can we prevent users from sending out envelopes with uploaded documents where the document has not been template matched, as-in a hard block? We’ve experimented with the Sending settings feature - “Require a template for all envelopes sent from this account”; however, bankers can still get around this by selecting ‘Advanced edit’ and adding additional documents to the envelope canvas which are not template matched, before sending them out.Is there any setting which blocks the ‘Send’ option when a document has not been Auto-template matched. For example, a banker has uploaded a document and it's not auto-template matched for legit reasons, can we prevent the banker user from sending out that envelope?Would love to receive feedback and options on h

Multiple Brands

My issue is that I have two companies and I want to send contracts through my Docusign account as two separate entities. I did some research and found I can do this by adding a second Brand to my account. Problem is, when I go to the Brands section, there isn't an option to add another Brand. I am the account administrator and I have the Business Pro Plan. Thanks in advance.

Can't find data label field in my template

Hello, I set up a template with Data Labels and have linked fields that automatically fill in duplicate information. I now need to edit the form, but the Data Labels section is missing from the menu on the right. Without it, I am no longer able to link fields. Any idea how to get access to Data Labels again?

Taking money. from my account - no solution to stop

I am having money taken from my account monthly by Docusign - but when I log in with the same email I only have a free account. i cannot access support …because i have a free account!!! there appears to be no way to resolve this as i cant contact anyone - apparently this now amounts to several hundred pounds.

PowerForm asking for signer's email address

I have a unique situation where we have a PowerForm with a URL  that any user can access to complete a docusign template.    By default,  its asking for a Username and Email address.      For privacy concerns,  we have users that do not want to provide an email address.   Is there anything can be done to make the “Your Email” field Optional from PowerForm or Template?    And/or remove the field all together?

Viewing a Voided Document

I would like to view a document still that was voided and then deleted to see what information was entered in the form fields and potentially shared with another signer. I found an envelope ID for the document in the Document and Envelope Retention Policy, but I cannot locate the actual document itself. How can I view the document? Missing all documents in Docusign

When I logged into DocuSign this morning, I discovered that all the documents are missing from every folder, including Inbox/Sent/Drafts. Furthermore, the template shared from our headoffice have also become unlinked. My colleague has signed a document via DocuSign on 18 Aug 2025. I received the signed notification via email, however, when I clicked the "View Completed Document" link and logged into DocuSign, I received below an error message.+++Error Authnentication ErrorThe login information provided does not match the account for this envelope. Please try again and login with the same email address where you received this envelope. +++I have tried to use the search function but it was only shown 4 documents which are in Year 2022 and 2024. I have not used the mobile DocuSign app and have not changed the setting in DocuSign. Could you please kindly advise how to solve the issue? Thanks in advance.

Do signers see all contracts or only their own?

Hi, If I upload multiple contracts for multiple signatories in one envelope, can the signatories see all the uploaded contracts or only the one they need to sign?Practical example: person 1 must sign contract 1, person 2 must sign contract 2, person 3 must sign contract 3. I always specify the specific field where each person must sign.When they receive the link to sign, will person 1 also be able to see contract 3 or only contract 1 where I have marked the field where they must sign? Thank you!

Cannot login to docusign support to open a new ticket

When i go to https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US and click on Open a Support Case, and then select eSignature, I login with my account info but am then brought to a screen that says  “Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.” My account is not new. My account was created in 2016. This happens on every browser i try. In a private browsing window, too. Can someone assist me with being able to open a support ticket, please??

When installing PKI Docusign, the platform still does not identify the presence of the software on the machine. Issue with my envelopes staying in action required after signed

My envelopes stay in the action required section after they have been signed and even declined. I have made several attempt to submit tickets for assistance and reach out to anyone and have gotten no response. Can anyone help me with this issue?
