How do I delete a name that has been entered in for a doc u sign. Now the person wants his middle initial added to his name. So how do I remove the name without the initial?

So I need some clarity on where the change was made? Was the change on the document associated to the envelope or were these DocuSign fields added to the document?


One of the names needs to be deleted due to a spelling error in the name and it was put in correct and now when sending additional documents to sign both show up. I want to delete the one spelled incorrectly as to not chose the wrong one ever again.

From the additional information this sounds like a Contact issue. So you would have to edit or delete the incorrect Contact, which can be done by going into My Preferences, then Contacts. Locate the incorrect entry and then edit or delete.
