I entered the wrong name for a signature. How do I change it?

The document requires two signatures and my signature is in the wrong spot on the document. How do I change it? I am signing from a web link.

Typically once you have signed and finished (completed) your portion of a DocuSign envelope, the options to modify are not something a Recipient/Signer has the capability of doing. Normally, I would suggest contacting the company or person in charge of that webform and have them Void that envelope so you can redo the process.
