I need 2 signatures at the same email address. One name is changing to the other in transit. See below. Help?

I need two signatures -- 2 different names but going to same email address. One of the names is "changing" in transit. Signer is not making this change -- the program is changing the name by the time it gets to the signer. I am entering "Jane B Smith" and "John A Smith" but "Jane B Smith" is changing to "John A Smith" by the time it gets to the signer. And the program is directly "Jane B Smith" to sign as "John A Smith". I have re-entered into and re-sent docs 4 times now and it continues to do this. Any advice?

Are you setting a Signing Order? If not I would recommend it...I guess without a specific signing order it might just pick one of the two entries perhaps by alphabetical order as to who needs to sign first based on the same email address.
