I have a csv file that has 37 different people with addresses, emails, phone number, typre of boat, lease date and etc that I would like to match to the text fields on contract template I have created. In reading from the knowledge base regarding bulk send, Docusign will only let me use a predetermined set of columns.

This shoud be supported under Bulk Send per the following:

Recipient Fields

Include recipient fields on template documents as usual. As with the prior version of bulk send, to specify values for Text, Drop Down, Note, and Checkbox fields, change the Data Label for the fields to a meaningful string and insert a column with the same string in the bulk list CSV file, prefaced with the recipient role name (e.g., Role Name::data label).
