I sent out a real estate sales contract to the buyer.  The buyer asked me to change the closing date.  I deleted that document from the packet and inserted a replacement document.  Now I need to put in the initial and signing locations and resend the entire packet.   Is this possible?  Or do I have to just resent the entire packet and redo all the signing and initial locations?

But as I log in DS they appear to be not accomplished by two of the signers and I can’t update their status so its finished inside the platform. Hello, how do I disable the AI Summary from popping up every time I do anything? This feature is not relevant for me and I am getting frustrated with closing it every time I sign anything.Thank you.

I am trying to remove the envelope ID from my documents in the “Sending” Settings. However, my settings are structuring as the screenshot attached reflects. Given this is not checked, shouldn’t the envelope ID not appear? I am on a free trial at the moment - do I need to upgrade to a specific plan to unlock the following boxes and keep them unchecked? 

Does anyone know how to give other users in a workgroup access to check where the envelope is in the signing ceremony, to determine which approver/signer has yet to sign the document.  This is especially helpful for time-sensitive documents to allow someone other than the owner/sender to know which signer the document is waiting on.   There are times when signers may not receive emails or the email has been typed in incorrectly.It would be beneficial if a signing group could be given access to the signing progress of an in-process envelope as part of an ownership rule when the envelope is sent.  I envision something like an ownership rule like “when an envelope with custom field “x” is sent, the ownership/access to envelope is transferred to “Signing group” or the like?Does anyone have any ideas how this may done in the platform without creating a service account user, perhaps even with Power Automate, PowerBI?Thanks in advance for any ideas/suggestions - CW

Hello All,We have a requirement wherein email which is sent to the user for signing a document should be in Non-English language, possibly in a language preferred by the user. In addition to this, even the attached document should be in user preferred language. How can we achieve this in DocuSign?

I set up a free trial to try using docusign for the first time. Immediately upon creating my account I was met with a server error which reads “Server Request Error: Could not load settings”. Clicking on the home page I see that I am logged in, as it shows my initials, but clicking on any option in the dropdown under my profile brings me back to this problem.There is an additional “auth error” that shows up on certain pages stating that if an account was just made, to wait 15 minutes, and if nothing changes contact support. I am still having that problem more than 15 minutes later, so it seems to be a generic problem the docusign backend. 

There is currently a hacking scam going around. Crooks hack into someone’s legitimate business email account, then send messages to people (I fell for it) saying there is a document to be signed. The links lead “docusign” and everything looks legit except, of course, there is no document, and it keeps asking for passwords to access the non-existent document.Since this hit me, I’ve seen other similar “official” emails sending the recipient to docusign for documents that don’t exist.I am trying to change my DOCUSIGN password but that seems buried. 

I have a consent form that needs to be signed by teens (our participants) and parents prior to participating in a research study. I want to be able to email/text the form to the teens, they would then forward the link to their parents to sign, and the teen can also sign on a designated line. I do NOT have the parents’ names, I only have the teens’ names (that is our recruitment strategy). Is this possible? Ideally we would let the parent fill in their name and sign it. I can technically fill-in the teens’ names but that could be cumbersome at scale, so ideally they would also fill in their own name and sign. I am completely new to Docusign so would appreciate step-by-step instructions for this. thank you! 

We are designing a new template that includes a document that may require entry for up to 6 fields.  We would like to have the document not populate the red blank unfilled fields at signing if no data is entered. Is there a way to automatically eliminate the lines that appear in the red section below if the user does not add data? 

Hi.I’m working in a sandbox environment and surprised that I’m able to download and print a Certificate of Completion and documents even though the envelope is still in progress with some signers still to sign and complete required fields?I didn’t expect to be able to download a CoC until all required fields were actioned and the envelope was completed.  Is this available in the production/live version of the platform - it somehow doesn’t seem right?Many thanks. Kenneth

 I can receive the documents by email and sign them without any problems. However,  I just can’t see them on the dashboard (shows “0” in any catalog) and couldn’t find them in the inbox either, on Docusign.It seems the signature I put on the documents is different from what I see from my user profile, but I’m using the same email address to receive these documents signing requests and logging onto Docusign. Strange.Can anybody help? Thank you ~ 

Hello, I am facing some issue due to yahoomail outage today. Let me try to explain the situation:my friend’s solicitor sent him a document to sign with a witness my friend sent it to me on my yahoo email address unfortunately, as yahoo had outage my email is lost now my friend is not able to send me email again , or change the witness , or send me reminderwhat can we do so I am able to sign it as witness. I didnt have docusign account before my friend sent the request so I dont see it on my account or app.please help. Thanks Thank you

I cancelled my monthly subscription plan 3 months ago, but today I saw my card statement and realised I am still charged every month. In the admin section, I could see this “Undo Cancellation” button, which means I did cancel it. Can somebody help how can I cancel it immediately? I tried “Contact Us”, but I can’t login there to send any message to Docusign team. TBH, I expected better from a bigger name like Docusign.Thanks

I tried logging into my Docusign account after a long time. I’m on a personal account.  When I tired logging in, it said to check my Authenticator app for a login code.  I did not have this setup.  I found instructions to set this up, however, it said to go to the Privacy & Security settings in my profile but the Privacy & Settings option does not show up in the Profle.  Are personal accounts able to setup Authenticator app logins?

Hi - we have an ongoing issue preventing us from completing an bulk uploads. We have received one helpful response which indicated a potentially domain issue. However, when ‘claiming’ our Domain, the application ahs been sitting at ‘pending for over a week - not sure where to turn to next for a solution. The post below provided the domain related suggestion. We have a) followed the article; and b) tried to claim our domain ….unsuccessfully. I received an e-signed (By Docusign) documents with 2 signer. However, the Serial number under the signatures of two signers are almost the same. Is it possible for two signers have the same serial number on the same documents?

I purchased Docusign Business Pro for the sole reason of using Powerforms.  There is a glitch, as it seems many are having this trouble according to these message boards.  Wasted purchase.  no resolution. I want a refund.  Your site is telling me I cannot have a refund, it’s been 3 days of use.  What you sold does not work.  I am well within to receive a refund. please advise.

I have had a 14-month dispute with one of the largest US banks over a beneficiary form signed by my late husband.  I have a copy of his e-signed form, a record of him uploading the site, a record of a call he made to the bank’s customer service to receive instructions on how to complete the form.  Still, the bank refuses to honor it as they, for some unknown reason, note the date of receipt of the form as being 11 days after his death.  As the court-appointed administrator (and one of the beneficiaries in any scenario regardless), how do I go about finding the audit trail for this signature so we can move on with life?

I signed the contract three hours ago today after going through video identification process with a live agent. Everything was confirmed there, but I have been stuck in review for the past 3 hours. Is it normal to take that long?Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks!
