I sent invitation e-mails with links for 2 new users to be added to my company's corporate account. The user clicked on accept in the invitation, but he isn’t connected to our account. It looks like he’s just on the 2 week trial. What is missing here?

I understand the two new users should have been added to your account, but they have not. To check on this, could you send the new user’s email and the account where they should be added through private message?
