Hello - on a prior/older version of a template that is accessed through a powerform, the person accessing the form is prompted to input their name/email (which is used to notify them to sign if they stop halfway through).

A new version of the form, I created and matched the settings on it to the prior version. But the user is no longer prompted to enter their name/email. They are prompted to acknowledge the validity of esignatures, and at the end of the signature process they can download a copy of the signed document, but the signer’s esignature is not being collected. I want that, and hoping someone can point me to the right place. Thank you in advance.

Hello @123bdb321,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Docusign Community—great to have you here!

It seems possible that the new Powerform is bypassing the signer information page where the recipient’s name and email are usually collected.

For detailed guidance on this, please refer to this article 👉 Requirements to Bypass the Signer Information Page. This article explains how the signer information page can be bypassed and what settings affect this behavior, which should help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

I hope this helps clarify things! If you found this response helpful, feel free to give it a like or mark it as the best answer. Let us know if you have any further questions
