Hi, I’m in urgent need of help.

I have a paid DocuSign subscription, but my account suddenly shows as suspended. I can still log into the main DocuSign dashboard using my usual credentials, but I cannot send envelopes or use my subscription features.

Worse — I cannot log into the Support Center to submit a case or request help. When I try to submit a request or open a case, the system logs me out. I've tried different browsers and devices, and nothing changes.

There is no phone number available to call for help anymore, and I can't request a callback without getting logged out again.

I urgently need access to my account and/or a way to:

  • Reinstate my subscription (which I paid for)

  • Speak with someone in billing or technical support

  • Open a case manually outside of the Support Center

Please escalate this — I’m locked out of support even though I’m a paying customer. Can someone from the DocuSign team assist?
