Text and checkboxes not working?

I am adding text and checkboxes to a rather large application form and now it has suddenly stopped letting me add anything to the form! I have saved and logged out etc but when I go to start again with entering text and checkboxes it now deletes anything I try to add? Any ideas anyone?

Hi,How long is the Certificate of Completion (COC) accessibleafter purging an envelope after closing an account by a signer with no DocuSign accountWhat does a party have to to if he/she wants to validate a Digitally Signed document after 10 years? Is the COC still accessible in DocuSign?Or is the certificate available in the signed document for all time? If so, how validate that it is indeed a valid signature (and not a fraude document)?Thanks

Can I see documents that have been sent to me for signature, that I have not signed yet, in my DocuSign account?

I am trying to set my account up so that I can sign into my account and just see all of the documents that have been sent to me from outside senders for signature.  The goal is to eliminate the need to go to each document directly from the email notification that I have received a document for signature.  Is there a way to do this?Basically, I don’t want to receive emails from DocuSign, I just want to log in and see everything I need to sign and sign them.  Thanks!

Cancel monthly plan

Wow - not the easiest but a simple question.I don’t use or need DocuSign but maybe 2 months a year.  As a NAR member can I upgrade from free to the NAR Realtor for maybe 2 months on the monthly plan and then cancel that plan and automatic billing?

Elastic Template versioning and Maintenance best practices

We are currently exploring elastic templates and want to better understand versioning as well as how to maintain the different templates incl. versioning. For eSignature, we are creating for every major version a new template. The templates are created on sandbox and after successful testing uploaded to production. When I was downloading and uploading elastic templates, I realized that the uploaded template always starts with version 1.0 and no version history is available. We are now wondering, how we should best work with elastic templates, because we wanted to use the versioning functionality from DocuSign for elastic templates, but continue download and upload of templates to reduce double work as well as ensuring no human errors in case we would need to perform changes on production directly instead of “transporting” tested templates.Are there any best practices recommended by DocuSign?

Emails not being received

My documents are not being received by the signer I have done several tests on my own emails, and they are not being received.  Its shows they were sent in the history. How do you get help from customer service with this issue or can anyone help with this issue.  Thank you.

Two fields, signer only has to complete one

I have a document where the signer has to complete one of two sections, so I can’t make these fields mandatory because they only need to complete one, and only they will know which one needs to be compelted.  These fields are currently set as Optional, but that means the Signer can skip right past them, how to I get the to complete one of the two options?

How do find the "Attachment" field for me to do add to a template so that a client and add a attach a picture to my contracts and e signatures?

I upgrade to the Pro options so that I can access to the attachment field and now I can find it all when I am creating envelopes to send out for e signatures.

Hi, About few months, i could not receive Document after the Clients/customers finished E-sign !Before i received it automatic right after they signed in. Now i have to open DocuSign  Web to view it and loading it …..Please fix it for me, i want automatic receive the result after they signed in.Thank you Dao Vo

Is there a way to set the default text to a specific font and size? The default settings - Lucida Console, size 9 - are awful.

Recipients Can't See Important Information

Hey all. I’m new to Docusign and can’t seem to figure this out.I have a template for a simple agreement document. There are blank fields that I will be manually putting new information in (recipient name, package details and price, start date, billing date, etc.).Ideally, I will manually put in all the information, and the client will simply have to click to sign when they review the document.However, I can’t get the information to be visible in both recipient previews (mine and the client’s).I’m using text fields, typing the information in, and setting the fields to “read only.” Still, the client preview is blank.I’m sure this is simple and that I’m just missing something; surely there’s a way for the client to see the information they’re agreeing to.Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How to access a document

I received an email that an author I know sent me a document to sign on Docusign.  So I created an account.  But I still couldn’t find a way to access the document.  Today I can’t even log in using the account info I just created yesterday.  The site said they were sending me a verification via email.  Never received that.  I asked to resend the code.  Still not received.  I hope this document isn’t too important because it looks like I’m never going to see it.

How to Set Document to Complete with Partial Signatures

Denied refund for double billing

I recently renewed my annual subscription and had to update my payment card.  When I checked my statement, I realized that I had been double billed.  I called Customer Service and they told me that I had purchased an additional seat. Which is not something that I wanted.  When I asked for a refund, I was told that they cannot give me a refund for the double billing but only receive credit for next year.  This was less than 30 days ago and I’m very unsatisfied that Docusign will not process a refund for something that is obviously an error.

Docusign Submissoin Failed

I got this “Docusign Submission Failed” when trying to submit ZipForm to docusign. There was no problem before as late as 2 weeks ago. There’s been no change to my Docusign login, or ZipForm login/setting. I have unlinked and re-link docusign again from Zipform successfully. Please help to get this going again.Thanks,
