Many users from Ukraine face the problem of not being able to register due to an error in their phone.
I know for sure that the phone number is entered correctly, the advice to enter the full number does not help.
This applies to some operators from Ukraine (but not all).
Is it possible to fix this problem? Or is there another way of authorization besides the phone?

There are cases where this same error message pops up if the email is already tied to an existing account. May I have the email address via private message to double-check?

Thank you for your reply!
This happens at the registration stage. People cannot use their phone number.
Hello @SergDubenko To check, please provide a sample email address via private message when trying to register and getting this error. Thank you.

Hello @Ma.Cubio !
I was send email to your privat box. But I think there not related to email, except .. format and phone number are verified on the backend?
Hello @SergDubenko Thank you for providing the information. Upon checking, the email is already associated with a trial account. It could be the reason why the error message pops up. The user may try to log in using the password he created or do a password reset instead to create a new one and be able to log in.

Hello @Ma.Cubio !
I will try to explain it from another perspective.
Yes, now the user has registered using a different phone number.
But... in registration process, he could not able to register because the system considered his phone number to be "not invalid."
That is, not all phone numbers, not all operators, are considered is “valid”.
