I seem to have hit a limit in envelope creation so upgraded my account and now envelope creation should be unlimited….I need to be able to keep testing/developing, how do I reset

If you are using a production account, please check your plan and billing page to verify your current envelope limits. From Admin > Plan and Billing

If you are using a developer account (demo), there are limits in place for Demo accounts. These limitations are primarily in place as part of protective measures. Since this Community space focuses on general guidance, we recommend contacting our support team directly. They will be able to review your account details and determine if your request can be granted, allowing you to continue with your testing.
