I’ve been task to troubleshoot why DocuSign emails are not being delivered properly or sometime not at all. I’ve recognized some ‘sender’ using DocuSign are on a RBL and I can understand why my email security tool is blocking it.
My recent issue is with a simple test. I logged onto my limited DocuSign account to send an document (very simple document from MS Word). Upon tracking it, it failed to be delivered. When I look more into it, it stated the ‘FROM’ address and Remote Server name was 48ac67@prd-bd-p8tzly.emaillisttracking.com via my email security tool (Mimecast).
Why is this occurring when I’ve send a document to be signed, directly from the DocuSign site itself?
