a client doesn't receive the email notification for signing a document? The E-Mail isn't in the clients spam file and the E-Mail address is written correctly. What can I do in this case? Many thanks!

I have a customer who filled in the incorrect information in the section where they were to input their name and address. Is there a way to get them to correct it? Or do I need to void it and resend it?

As an Admin, I cannot find an option to access envelopes from deactivated users. I want to see closed and in progress envelopes. I read that I can share those with me, but I cannot find them.

Hello - we have packets of forms our team creates for our clients and routes for signature. In the first step, the team member preparing the packet fills in several pre-fill tool fields that are specific to the client (client address, phone number, payment amount, etc.).In our workflow, the first signer is the team manager who signs the documents for our company and talks through them with the client. Is there a way we can allow the first signer (team manager) to edit the information in those pre-fill tool fields? The second signer (client) should not be able to change those.Thank you for the guidance!

When sending documents to multiple recipients for signatures do I need to add signature blocks to each individual signers document or can I just create one document that all signers need to sign individually?

If I changed the recipient email address for one of the signers after the request was sent, will it go to the new email if I send a reminder?

Hello! Is there any DocuSign instructional documentation around how set up automatic reminders for senders? Our company account is set up such that auto-reminders are not set up by default - the sender has the option to set them up if they wish for a particular envelope. I am working on sending an email to our newer users to show them how to do this. If possible, I'd like to avoid generating my own documentation if DocuSign already has something available. I've tried searching the support site, but all i can find is instructions for an administrator to set up default reminders. Is there anything for the senders?Thanks,Teri

I am looking to expand on my powerform by giving the initiator of the form the option of adding someone as a cc role for the completed copy. Not everyone using the link will need that, so I am trying to see if there is a way to make that an optional piece. Currently, I have roles set up that the initiator fills in who the form is going to next for approval and those are required before filling out the form. Can I add an "optional" cc role if they want the completed copy of the powerform to forward to another department?

lets say I have a commercial agreement with 100 pages and id like both sides to sign there initials on all the 100 pages.

I send loan agreements to clients, and some clients it takes two or three reminders to get them to sign. We ask our client managers to help reminder the client too.In the manage section of the website, there is a resend button. Right now our template is set up to only resend the document to the client.Is it possible to tie the client manager email to the client reminder so the client manager gets the reminder email too? Without requiring the client manager to have to sign too?

I want to add multiple signers to a document, but require only one signature. Basically they all receive the document, however it is marked as completed once one of them signs the document. Is there a way to go about this?

My form has a red background, so we decided to use white font for the fields, that way the text is visible when the form is completed. However, when the field is active and the designated person is filling it in, the field is shown as a white rectangle, which does not allow the user to see the characters they are typing up. Is there a way to fix this?

I was under the impression based on looking at my settings that the email notifications were all on, but i do not seem to be getting "Sent" notifications. Is there a way to turn on email notifications when a document is sent to a recipient? Basically i want to make sure i receive notification that the document was emailed. I have checked and the e-mail address used is the correct one. I have however recently changed the main e-mail address in the DocuSign account (to the one the document is now sent to)... Instead of the document opening in the account, a "standalone" page opens where I can sign the document but don't have access to it again.

A witness has put their name instead of their address on a document so it is incorrect, how do we correct this, can the witness re-access the document and do it again or do we need to resend the whole document for everyone to sign again.
