The Sender of a PowerForm is listed as a recipient who Receives A Copy. Sometimes (but not EVERY time) she receives duplicate/multiple copies of the completed form. Why, especially if not ALWAYS?

I understand that the sender of the PowerForm to which they are also set as a Receives a Copy.

To better understand your issue, can you provide the following information?

In the PowerForm, what signing order did they set the Receives a Copy?

Is this a multiple PowerForm issue?

Please note that the sender will always get a copy of the completed documents.

Thanks for your speedy response, Nathaly. The Sender is listed as the final/last recipient, with the Role "Payroll Specialist" and as a receiver who "Receives A Copy" only.

It could be due to that, if they are placed several times in the envelope routing and is the sender, they will get several completed notifications for each role they have in the envelope. Can you provide an envelope ID where you see these abnormalities take place?

How do I find an envelope ID? Would Shirley (the sender) need to provide me with that?

Thank you for reaching back and for the information.

So, according to the envelope ID provided, the Sender added themselves as a recipient (a Carbon Copy) and as the last recipient, so they received 1 notification of the completed envelope as the Sender and 1 notification of the completed envelope as a recipient, if they don't want to receive several of these notifications and they are the sender, I recommend removing them from the signing order as by default, all participants of the envelope (this includes the sender) will receive a copy of the completed document.

Thanks, you confirmed my suspicion 😉 I will remove her as a recipient and keep just "Sender" as her role in the process.
