I have several packages that have been sent and are expiring and I don't want them to expire. How to change?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I understand you would like to change the expiration for each envelope.

You can apply changes to any envelope or recipient that has not been marked as completed.

Once a recipient completes their action (or the envelope), the system will not accept any further alterations, the expiration can be changed by searching for the envelope, selecting "Correct" and going to Advanced options: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=pbj1578456352875.html&_LANG=enus

You can find more details regarding how to correct an envelope, here: https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-correct-documents

I would like to know if there is a possibility of putting the due date of the envelope with a longer term for everyone and not having to keep changing it one by one. Today it has 90 days and I wanted to leave "for all envelopes that are sent" a longer period without having to enter each envelope to change it. How to make?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

Unfortunately, no, the expiration date or any change to an envelope in general would have to be a one-by-one process. At the moment, DocuSign does not have the option to correct for a batch.
