I have a document that requires initial approval AND final approval. Is there a way to resend the form after initial approval has been secured?

I understand you would like to send the envelope to 2 recipients, one who needs to sign and the other to approve, only after the first recipient has signed and approved.

During the envelope creation workflow (Manage > New > Send an Envelope), you will be prompted to add signers who will take actions on the document (in the “Add Recipients to the Envelope” section). Here, I recommend you add both recipients using a signing order, and setting the first approver as 1 and the second as 2. By doing this, the second recipient (the final approval) will get the envelope until the first one as approved and signed.

Good morning, Nathaly.

Thanks for your expeditious response. A point of clarity. The final approval is required two semesters AFTER the initial approval. However, our office must receive the form upon approval at both stages. Once the form is processed as complete upon initial approval, are we able to resend the same form to approvers for final approval?

Unfortunately, no, once an envelope is completed, it is not recommended to re-upload the document to send for a new signature as it can invalidate the one added previously.
