I have received a copy of a docusigned document but there is no date. How can I tell when it was signed?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you had a query viewing the signing date if there was no signing field in the envelope.

If you are a recipient and you do not have a DocuSign account you can open the envelope through the email notification and select other actions to view the envelope History.

More information at https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=yca1573855023892&topicId=qdy1573854987499.html&_LANG=enus.

If you are a recipient with an account or the sender of the envelope you can view the information in the envelope details or the envelope history.

It was sent long enough ago that now it is requiring a new link be sent to me. I don’t want to ask the sender to send a new link. Any other options?

Hello,

The new link is autogenerated by the DocuSign System you should not have the need to contact the sender of the envelope.

You can also contact DocuSign Support at US/CA: Please see the following announcement regarding important changes to Docusign Live Inbound Phone Support: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Upcoming-Changes-to-Live-Inbound-Phone-Support?language=en_US
