How do I create a template with placeholder recipients?

I need to create a template with placeholder recipients. The doc I will link to in a signup form, the signer will be different each time. When I upload the document it asks for recipients and does not give an option for placeholder. How do I create this? Am I in the right place? I go to Create a template, load the document and then this is the screen I get. Any help is appreciated!

The name and date signed fields are too small on my document, and the format option is missing from the menu on the right hand side even when I scroll down.

When I first started using DocuSign a month ago the formatting options where present, but they've disappeared! Am I doing something wrong - or is this a glitch? Screenshot attached. Many thanks.

Conditional logic to toggle between fields

I have a DocuSign template with three fields.Country Dropdown (with 30+ values)State Dropdown (to be shown only if the country selected value is "United States of America"State Text (to be shown if any other country value gets selected)I am not able to achieve this using the current conditional rule. Can all recipients, or specific recipients, be automatically notified at each step of a docusign.

I would like specific signers/all on an envelope to receive notifications after each step of a document is complete. Is there a way to do this without having to CC them after each step? Can I give all recipients the ability to void a document?

I am working in a shared user environment where forms are passed up and down through multiple different people. These forms require attention to detail, so mistakes, such as typos, are caught early in the chain of recipients. However, the permissions for some recipients is "Need to View", and they are currently unable to void documents and provide constructive comments. Is there any easy fix? I could not find anything in Settings and Preferences.

How can I have the fields I create in a template apply to all of the recipients in a bulk send?

I have full admin access. I added a role name when I created the template. The template maintains its fields but when I try to send the document to multiple recipients it alerts me to needing to go add fields for each recipient (color-coded). There must be a way to assign the same fields to all recipients because otherwise the bulk send feature would be useless.

Is there a setup option to allow a person to sign a document two different ways without adding them as two different recipients?

I have a form that requires the recipient to sign two different ways - one signature with just their full name and the other signature their name with POA indicated.Example: Sign here: 00000Sign here: 00000, POARight now we setup the recipient as:1. 0000000000@gmail.com2. 00000, POA000000@gmail.comLooking for options to not have to setup up two recipients for the same person.

Completion Emails are pulling message from custom message for each recipient

My PowerForm completion emails are pulling the messages I set in "Custom email and language for each recipient" so that once the form is complete, the message no longer makes sense. Ie: "Your form is in progress and has been forwarded to the next signer."We would also like to customize the "needs changes" email when edits are marked up. Currently it's repeating the same message where I state signer 1's form is in progress.

Hello.Are there any permission for templates when sharing them?We use a custom permission profile to allow our users to create, use and share templates since we want our users to use this feature for their own templates.But we also have some company wide templates that should not be editable but only useable.
