Hi, is there a way to always have the ‘receives a copy’ option prepopulated with the users details once when creating an envelope?

Thanks

There is a very simple way for this to be populated.  If you when building the template user the Role of SENDER then it will add the name and email of the user who is sending the template.

Note that by default the Sender should receive emails advising them that the document has been signed and completed at the end of the process.  They can also get emails to tell them that the document has been viewed by that person.

Regards, Robert
