Occasionally the “Sent From” email name is my account name as it should be but often times is shows the docusign email address.  Any suggestions?

That’s a really good question!

In the transaction that you’ve attached in your screenshot, do you know if it was initiated as a Powerform (by the signers) or sent as a ‘regular envelope’?

I have noticed that this happens when my envelopes are created as Powerforms.

I could be wrong though, but that’s just an idea :)

I will have a check around but it looks like the completed email is being sent by the system and not the actual sender.

when I have a document to sign it typically shows the sender name and the reply to is the email address of that sender although it is still sent from the DocuSign server.
