I sent someone a document to sign on DocuSign but the PDF says they signed at a different time than the history on DocuSign shows. Is there any way they can both be correct?

Always the possibility that timezone or GMT settings are different per application. Some settings can be taken from the computer settings and others from an internal application setting.
