When using a PowerForm, say a signee declines to sign said document sent by the PowerForm.  After signee clicks “decline to sign,” they still receive notifications to sign.  Is there a way to stop the notifications?  Also, is there a way to see who the PowerForm has been sent out to? Like a tracking tool of some sort.

If you click on the Powerforms Link in the sub menu you should then be able to see all the forms in the system and then start to dig into the relevant one.

Typically when someone declines to sign the document then they should not get any further emails to say they have a document to sign.  I would check the template for any duplication of roles titles or maybe look at the envelope in question to see the process.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that one of the signers of your Powerform, after they declined the signature still received notification.

 

Do you know if the signer initiated multiple times the Powerform? There is the possibility that they initiated the Powerform at least two times.

 

Only the Powerform owner can see the replies to the Powerforms, please see View Responses to a PowerForm.
