Dear allIs it possible to customize the message the recipients and sender receive when one of them decline the envelope ? The current config is “Complete with DocuSign: [Email subject]  has been voided for the following reason:[...]Thank you

Yes, you would need to modify the Branding Resource files. Here is a link to get you started….
