Hi,
I have a few envelopes with the situation "voided", I do not know why. How can I reactivate them? They are not signed yet. Thank you in advance.

Envelopes can be “voided” in three main ways.
- The Recipient selects “decline to sign” when they are in the process of taking action.
- The Sender decides to “void” the envelope.
- The envelope expires due to passing the set Expiration Date of the envelope.
Once an envelope has been voided it cannot be un-voided and a new envelope must be created and sent. (you could copy the original). You can check the envelope History for information on who and when the envelope was voided.
