Hi,

I have a few envelopes with the situation "voided", I do not know why. How can I reactivate them? They are not signed yet. Thank you in advance.

Envelopes can be “voided” in three main ways.

  1. The Recipient selects “decline to sign” when they are in the process of taking action.
  2. The Sender decides to “void” the envelope.
  3. The envelope expires due to passing the set Expiration Date of the envelope.

Once an envelope has been voided it cannot be un-voided and a new envelope must be created and sent. (you could copy the original). You can check the envelope History for information on who and when the envelope was voided.
