Hi - I am new to DocuSign - How should I start my journey to take the courses and for acquiring certification

Both clients and internal users are getting a “Something went wrong, try again later” error when they access a docusign powerform link. DialogTitleInstructionsEnterNameandEMail

I need to send a client a form where they will fill out their social security number, sign it and then upload it themselves. I don’t need it back and I don’t want it back due to the social security number.  They don’t have a printer so I am trying to help them electronically sign some of these documents.  Can this be done?

Hi all.After a successful first time document sign, or at least I thought it was so, after the short interval the sender returned the documention requiring a missing signature. I am sure I signed all the yellow boxes. Now, trying to amend, the re-entering program with an amended won´t permit me to download my jpg signature. Previously, when the sign box appears there was the self .jpg upload option but now it doesn´t appear. Also I noticed from the first round, I wasn´t sure if it actually downloaded my preferred signature as whatever it was was extrememly small or condensed, not leaving anyone confident of what is actually going on.I´m now having a shed-load of conflictory issues with docusign; spending far too much time going around in circles without any resolve. So I´ve ended up having to decline or cancel any attemping signature further adding to contract cancellation and pending delays. I work at a law firm in the UK. We send out deeds that also need to be signed by a witness. When we do this we want to be able to send alongside the deed an information sheet about what is involved as signing as a witness (their responsibilities, the process they need to follow to make it legally binding etc).  Our account manager suggested adding an Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (ERSD).  However I have looked into this and it seems this gets added as standard to all envelopes sent from our account (not all documents that we send are deeds) and the ERSD as I understand it, is also required it to be signed.  The document we want to add is just for information.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can create the option of adding this document to some of our envelopes?We also use another esigning provider which unfortunately doesn’t allow you to sign as a witness (hence why we use DocuSign) and this has the option to customise the email sent with the link to

I no longer get notified when documents are completed or are being signed.  Has anyone had this issue?

Just recently my templates when I choose one will not allow me to edit the “message” area.  Is this something new within DocuSign?

If a document is not signed, and it’s been over a year, how do you locate it?  I can only search for up to a year.

I have been using Docusign to create fillable form templates. I cannot figure out how to set it up where the text that is put in the fillable form boxes matches the font of the letters- the default looks like Serif but our forms are in Arial 11 point, and I’d like the input text in the fillable blanks to match when filled out. I already have it set as Arial, 11 point, Blank under Fields & Properties in Sending Settings. Is there anything I can do to change this setting? Thank you.

I’ve been trying and trying to set up a demo account to try out bulk send, but all I get is a scrolling wheel.  Any advise would be appreciated!

Interacting with a document is causing my browser to repeatedly try to reach something in “algolia.net” and/or “algolianet.com”, which is something offshore and neither of which are reachable.   What is that for?  Why does Docusign seem to rely on more and more sketchy third-party CDNs as time goes on?  Given the possibility of sensitive information flying around, you guys really need to pull whatever those resources are back IN-HOUSE and serve vetted versions out directly yourselves.  This is a very typical mistake that misguided web devs make, which is tolerable for junk social-media sites, but not potentially important stuff like this. 

Hi! Is there a way to CC someone by default on all signings? For context - I assist with the coordination & organization of real estate transactions, and need to be copied on all signing events for the agent I work with. When using a template, I can pre program that to occur, but if the form used isn’t sourced specifically from that template, it falls through the cracks. We’re just getting familiarized with the Transactions tab for our active contracts, which unfortunately seems to function largely independently from the rest of DocuSign, and there is no way to share access for items within Transactions like there is for Templates etc. as access to Rooms does not seem to be available as an add-on and does not come with the Real Estate package. The agent I work with isn’t the most tech-savvy, so it’s necessary to automate things like this, and unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be an option to modify realtor forms sourced via DocuSign under Transactions the way you

I created it, sent it out, have people signing (and filling it in), I myself got the link to sign and fill it in, BUT… the envelope is nowhere to be found.Not in the ACTIVITY, not in the SENT, I can only access it by the receive-to-sign-email I got…I am in my 30-day trial and my profile is complete. I was thinking of a paid profile but this first experience is a huge cause of worry...

How do I stop information from one field from populating to another field. Example: I enter a Name on Form A. That name then populates into the Price line on Form B. When I correct the Price line in Form B, the Price replaces the Buyer Name in Form A.
