Dear Support Staff,
My company is now using a Corporate System and I no longer require Docusign Account.

I have tried following every cancel/delete account tutorial I can and my account doesn’t have any of the options your tutorials have shown. I can’t open a support ticket either as it doesn’t allow me to log into either CLM, I cannot change my plan other than upgrade and now I am having a anxiety attack due to how badly/difficult this has been set up. Can someone please delete my account, the envelope’s on it are not needed at all.

I have been trying to cancel this "supposed" free membership for more than an hour. Please cancel. I will be in touch with my bank to cancel the payment membership fee.

All of these answer result in page not found
Please cancel my trail.. this is the most useless website where someone has to navigate everywhere to cancel a trail and to get live support you have to have some weird account. i will also contact my bank to decline any future payments from docusign
