Trouble setting up a demo account

I’ve been trying and trying to set up a demo account to try out bulk send, but all I get is a scrolling wheel.  Any advise would be appreciated!

Fill out the required fields, choose None as the type of Partnership, click in the yellow button to conclude. You’ll receive an email notification to active your account.
