Hello,

I am working on the Business Continuity Procedure for my company. Could you please let me know what are the RTO and RPO for DocuSign? Or what should be the expected maximum amount of tolerable data loss and maximum outage time for DocuSign? Thanks.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in responding. I am looking for the specific time frame tested for RTO and RPO of DocuSign. Normally I see RPO ranges from 15min to 4 hours and RTO ranges from 4hrs to 2 days.

Could you please help provide the RTO and RPO ranges? Thanks.
