When a document is sent to a user through DocuSign and the user uploads a driving license as an attachment, the driving license can be uploaded in different file formats (such as JPG, PNG, or PDF). However, after it is uploaded to the envelope, DocuSign converts the attachment to PDF format. Is that correct?
