Custody Transfer Settings

I have successfully set up custody transfer settings for a user so that all her docusign agreements, on send and completion come back to my log in.

That user has left. 

I need to set this up for a new user and “ADD TRANSFER RULE” is now grayed out. I’m unable to set up the rule.

I am doing this from my profile. I am a full administrator.

Any idea why ADD TRANSFER RULE is grayed out?

okay now I feel stoopid!

I solved my own problem.

When you are adding the rule, and you search for the ‘from’ person, you have to hit enter after you type in the keyword.

Ditto with “to”. Search for the “to” person, and hit enter.

Voila! Problem solved :-)
