Docusign Connect Event Notification time

Hello Community!

I’ve been searching through the official Docusign documentation to find the expected latency for Connect webhooks, but I haven't had any luck.

Does anyone know the typical delivery time for the Envelope Completed event from Docusign Connect after all documents are signed? I'm looking for the expected times in both the Demo and Production environments.

I need to provide official documentation or a formal reference to a client, so any links or official quotes would be greatly appreciated.

There is no article that specifies the exact timeframe for this feature. However, there is currently a product issue with Docusign Connect experiencing latency, impacting users’ ability to triage failures and manage republish windows efficiently. 

We suggest creating a case with us: Open a case on Docusign Support Center to further test and have your account investigated in case it is affected by the issue.
