A member of the team has left the business and I just want to replace them on docusign with the new starter. Do I have to add and pay for another seat or can I simply swap the name, details out for the new person as we’ve already paid the subscription? Sorry can’t seem to locate the best way to do this.

I believe you can close the previous user and add the new one.  You can also transfer Envelope and Template ownership to the new user. 


Thanks John, you were spot on, I’ve closed the old and added the new user, I just wasn’t sure on the subscription side whether it would just let me carry on the ex employees but it does.
