PowerForm Report

Question

I created a powerform and am able to download the data from the forms. Currently I the only one that can pull this report. How do I share the powerforms so others can pull the report of data from the form?

Hello, @kbergerYou are welcome to the Docusign Community!It’s possible to do that using a customized Permission Profile.Your Admin can create a new or copy an existing Permission Profile then change the Powerform user permissions for Administrator so any user belongs to this new customized Permission Profile will get access to the Powerform folder and all its contents including the permission to download their data.How to create a new Permission Profile:https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=eat1583277361347.html&_LANG=enusI hope that helps!Best,Alexandre
