Add admin permissions to a specific Signing Group only?

Is there an option and how could i give a user permissions to administrate only a specific and single Signing Group. So he can add and remove users from it only?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. When you have the administrative permissions to modify signing groups this will apply to all signing groups and cannot be further restricted to a single signing group.
