Acct Envelop


Paid for the account after trial, won't allow me to send any envelopes, keeps making me upgrade the acct. Already paid and shows 0 days left in the trial.

I’m sorry to hear that your account wasn’t upgraded, I understand you tried to upgrade from your free trial but the account still does not show any envelopes and the free trial expired.

 

Are you logged in to the correct account?: Change your Docusign plan

 

Can you try the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device

 

If the above does not work, can you please provide the email you are using to log in (please note that, if provided, it will be removed from the post due to personal information).
