I’m wondering if there is something that isn’t right in my settings.  I received notifications in the past when someone signed a document but yesterday someone signed and I didn’t get a notification.  There were two people to sign, one did, one didn’t.   I thought neither signed because I didn’t get a notification.  This hasn’t happened before that I remember.  Please advise.  I didn’t see anything in the settings regarding sending notifications upon signature but may have missed it. I have been challenged on the authenticity of a signature that I personally obtained from a client via Docusign.  The challenge is that there is no evidence of what email address the request was sent to and that I could have sent it to my own email and signed the document myself had I wanted to.Can I prove what email address the signature request was sent to from the document itself, or is my only option a screen shot from the Docusign folder? I would have thought that info would have been embedded in the signed document, but I can’t find it. Thank you

OK I’m new here so…I have a template and a power form for an NDA. Someone from my company will be emailing this NDA out through their outlook account as multiple emails to multiple people.  The template is setup with two people from our company as recipients. (so we can monitor NDAs coming in)I have the URL for the powerform, but when I email this out as a test and click through on the URL, I see the recipient fills in their name and email but in fields below in the section “Please provide information for any other signers needed for this document.”  My name and email is listed there.   Shouldnt’ this be blank for the NDA recipient to fill out in case there’s others in their org that needs to sign?

I need help accessing my account. Says account suspended becuase of missed payment but I’ve updated the payement CC and still nothing. Done this with 2 CC’s and nothing. Need help ASAP

I watched a video that came up about creating templates for tax forms, but whatever version in the video is - is definitely not the same as mine. I don’t have many of the options the video presented. As of now, I’m having to go through each field and add text boxes. It’s awfully difficult to get it to look right in terms of aesthetics and spacing. I just want to be able to send my subcontractors the forms they need so that they don’t have to come to the office. I’m sorry for asking again but the fixes I’m reading don’t seem to apply to what I see on my end. I’ll take any help I can get. 

Hello,I’m looking into using Elastic templates.  When filling in the Elastic template, will we be able to read those field values with our existing Connect API?  We store the envelope contents based on those fields we write out to a text file before importing them into another application.We currently use a cumbersome process where we have users ‘use a template’ and also upload a document type that matches a template we created.  We want to make the process easier for the user and build in more flexibility too.  Are we on the right track with Elastic templates to achieve this?   We want to continue to use our existing templates as well.  I’m not sure how they both can be used together or not.Thanks Maggie

Hi - I’m wanting to migrate a template to a webform, however the template has a checkbox field that needs to be blank be default. I am getting an error when migrating the template that states ‘Checkbox Values can't be blank’. Is there a fix for this?Thanks 

I have tried to contact customer support by raising a case and requesting a call back which was promised within 3 hours. The call has not been received after nearly 5 hours. I am keen to resolve my issue and find it incredibly frustrating that there is no telephone number for a support desk. 

I had no envelopes left and upgraded my plan but I still have no envelopes now. Did I upgrade to the wrong plan? I am trying to send out one simple document and even after upgrading can’t seem to do so. Support is terrible and won’t work.

Hi,  I work as a technical writer for Contract research organization. We deliver reports to our client using FDA eCTD submission guideline where have specific document properties (PDF Signed document needs to have fast web view enabled)  that need to be set for FDA document submission and electronic document compliance. However, DocuSign changes the pdf properties after getting signatures. Once the document is signed PDF properties cannot be edited and the document is no longer compliant. Is there a way to prevent Docusign from editing the PDF document properties? I do see similar thread where someone has raised the similar question and it’s resolved. However, I can’t find the resolution. Appreciate for any help. Thanks!

So, I have a 200 pages of documents to be signed and initialed by four individuals. It will take me about 4hrs to designate each page where the signatures and initials are placed. My question is can I somehow cluster or bunch all four persons initials together so It would only take one click per page instead of 4 clicks per page?

Hi Team, We've been using a docusign demo account in our test environment for about 8 months. but we get an error when  send envelope:Error calling CreateEnvelope: {"errorCode":"ENVELOPE_ALLOWANCE_EXCEEDED","message":"The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded."}I delete the old envelope expect to reduce the number of envelopes, but it can not work.could you please give some advice? Thanks and regards.Dong 

Is there an API that can help me extract the user permissions on files/folders that are sitting in Docusign CLM ??

I'm not sure if this is related to the recent DocuSign update, but a pop-up window appears when users try to approve the document, especially when they need to approve multiple documents. This interruption occurs frequently and can be quite disruptive. Could I check if there's a setting for the approver that would allow us to remove these pop-up windows?Thank you.

When I add a text box it does not give me the option to stretch its dimensions… because of this my text starts to write over top of itself which creates a box & text that does not fit onto my documents blank lines… I’ve looked online at videos where users have the option to stretch their boxes, and they have extra field property options that I do not have and do not show up on the right side of my toolbar… What am I missing?

I want to change the logo that is being used in the top right corner of the homescreen (in the pic below all you see is a yellow torch). It seems to be pulling from the Sender Branding logo but I need it to pull from the Signing Branding. As is, it does not show up correctly. any thoughts?

Hi!! I need help with my form. Apparently, the edit merged tags button is missing?! I noticed it was gone after deployment from one demo account to another. You can see I already have edited merged tags because of the tag icon, but I can’t edit new fields anymore. How do I fix that? 

I have 2 Identical Radio button selections however each is assigned to a different signer and I want to enforce that these selections are the same. The form probably shouldn’t have been designed this way and I’m trying to use DocuSign to have guardrails, so we don’t have conflicting selections.  Basically looks likes Signer 1 (radio group 1)Jan  Feb  March2 Signer 2 - (radio group 2)Jan Feb March I think there’s a way to have a formula that outputs the selection to a text field and then have Radio group 2 set to that value and vice versa. Though I can’t seem to get it to work, I suspect I’m over thinking this.

I have the following signature process.Person A: SignPerson B: Sign and specify person CPerson C: Fill in and specify person D and EPerson D: SignPerson E: SignI get an error message for person C because the name and e-mail address of person D and E are required. However, this cannot be determined at the beginning.Is it possible that two or in this case three persons can still be specified afterwards?Thank you very much. 

Hi, I was always able to download multiple signed documents as individual PDFs. All of a sudden when I try to download them all at once as individual PDFs, they are converting into one zip PDF document and when I try to open it in Adobe I get a message saying that the document is either unsupported or the file has been damaged. Does anyone know how to fix this as I don't want to download every single file individually as the envelopes usually contain 5 -20 signed individual documents. Thanks.
