I have tried to correct a sent document however it will not allow me unless I upgrade my subscription to allow more sends per month.

If I delete this sent document can I reclaim the credit or has the credit been used? 

I do not wish to upgrade my subscription as the level I have is sufficient for my needs.

I understand that you need to upgrade your subscription before you can correct a sent document. I know the importance of this to you, and I'm here to help explain this.

All sent envelopes count towards the envelope allowance, which means the credit has been used.

When you mentioned correcting a sent document, did you mean you're trying to make changes to an in-progress envelope, as outlined in the steps here: Correct an Envelope, and encountering an error? Or are you looking to send an entirely new envelope?

Yes, I am trying to make changes to an in-progress envelope.  I am unable to update the envelope and resend it as it says I need to upgrade my subscription.
