I understand that you need to upgrade your subscription before you can correct a sent document. I know the importance of this to you, and I'm here to help explain this.
All sent envelopes count towards the envelope allowance, which means the credit has been used.
When you mentioned correcting a sent document, did you mean you're trying to make changes to an in-progress envelope, as outlined in the steps here: Correct an Envelope, and encountering an error? Or are you looking to send an entirely new envelope?
