I have a shared inbox set up for a group at my company. The method I used to set this up is they have a shared email that I share the envelop management with the members of the team.
BUT when I share templates to the shared email user in DocuSign, those templates do not show up for the users in the inbox. What are some troubleshooting steps I can take on this?
The workaround is to share the template with each individual user, but I would rather manage at a group level. Thank you!
