I am trying to sign a document/send an envelope and I keep getting an error saying “Unable to create the envelope. Cannot access envelope resources under an unpersisted envelope.”. I have tried loading a document that I know has worked successfully in the past so I know the document is not the issue. How can I resolve this issue?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re getting an error when you’re trying to sign or send an envelope. Let me try my best to help you out and resolve your issue.

Most of the time, the sender could have an error sending or trying to create an envelope. The resolution for this is to make sure that you have a proper permission profile set for your access.

Note that only administrators can set or edit a user’s permission profile. Therefore, I highly recommend that you contact your admin to check your permission profile. You may also send the template JSON file via direct message so I can try to reproduce the issue and provide an accurate resolution for this matter.
