Logo Size under Brand is too small. When the logo on "review and continue" shows up, the logo is barely to be viewed.

Logo Size under Brand is too small. When the logo on  "review and continue" shows up, the logo is barely to be viewed.  We uploaded different pixel and resolutions of logo but still did not work. Support from DocuSign asked us to submit an idea here.

I recommend reviewing all the image requirements before uploading your logo, particularly the dimensions, as this will affect how the image appears in your emails. Here are some key requirements to keep in mind:

  • Maximum file size: 300KB

  • Recommended dimensions: 296x76 pixels

  • Accepted file formats: JPG, GIF, PNG
